Made-to-Order Production

All of our products are made especially for you once an order is placed. Because of this, orders are sent into production through a third party and its trusted fulfillment partners immediately after checkout.

  • Production time: Typically <1–7 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times begin after production is complete and vary based on destination.

  • U.S. Economy shipping: Typically 3–8 business

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: Typically  2-5 business days

  • International shipping: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

 


 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. Economy shipping typically starts at 3.99. Standard Shipping typically starts at $4.75. 

 


 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

 


 

No Returns or Refunds

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at hello@dudegoodco.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.

 


 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues, weather, or customs delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dude Good Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly or incompletely entered addresses.
