No Returns Policy
Dude Good Co uses print on demand to custom create each order and has a no returns policy. All sales are final except in very limited circumstances.
If there is a quality issue, let us know immediately and we will have your product replaced with the same product. You MUST contact us at hello@dudegoodco.com within 14 days of receiving your amazing choice in order for us to have time to contact our production & delivery team for replacement. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Because each product by Dude Good Co is printed on demand especially for you as soon as you place an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully consider your size and color choice before ordering. If you are not sure what size, we recommend selecting the larger size.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Dude Good Co has a no returns policy. If a circumstance arises in which a refund is appropriate and approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
